I'm just about the only one in my (NYC) neighborhood that wears lycra (all year 'round), my fave outerwear, keeps me 'full' all the time. I hope someone can lead you in the right direction but the only place I see a lot of other lycra guys is by the Chelsea piers on the west side of Manhattan. Never get to Central Park, maybe there are some lycra lads cycling, etc. Rainy weather this whole weekend so you might be out of luck. Let (us) know how you made out, ok!
