I do, in fact, I wear lycra underwear shorts as "shorts" outerwear. I cut a line on the inner side in the double layer pouch so that my heavenly jewels will "flop" into the inner pouch and "hey presto" fabulous acentuated daywear shorts! I also wear lycra shorts as outerwear as well. I have got past the point where people stare and comment. This is how I dress. Get used to it!
