Hey DSG ... I wear a women's cotton thong under my gear at the gym. I like the support ... kind of like a dance belt light. I also like the gal's thongs because they don't have a center seam that shows through the fabric. Makes for a nice "mound". Experiment with different brands ... try to find a cotton lycra blend that is really strechy. The cotton absorbs the seep! HB
