Hey wizman. I wear women's thongs underneath. I like the fact that they have no front seam to show thru. Some fit better than others ... more to do with fabric blend than cut. Try finding them with more spandex and less cotton. I wear size 32 Levi's and a size 7 thong feels about right. HB
