Ironically, I DON'T CYCLE to the dentist, yet I wear nylon/lycra shorts (or tights) whenever I go. The dentist and receptionist are elderly and the technician is in her 30s, but the others in the waiting room are naturally of all ages, so everyone gets "some" reaction seeing me in shiny lycra. My dentist uses a bib that only covers the chest so whoever else can sneak a peek makes me hot. The only problem is that the tech has to mop up the sweat-soaked leather chair(s) when I leave but I'm than all wet in the 'right places' too as I leave. Same holds true at the BARBER! Sometimes it's worth having to wait your turn.
