Good suggestion on the thrift store ... I've purchsed some really hot items there for a buck or two. Be particular! If you can find an old pair of Hind or Nike shorts / tights, they tended to become sheer with age faster than most.
I had a pair of blue Nike tights a while back that literally turned into panty hose during an aerobics class! I was glad I had on a thong!
