I remember watching that movie on nationally sindicated TV. That hunk that is in the black tights is Antonio Sabato Jr. He was in another made-for-TV movie in which he portayed this real life con-artist. In one scene, he walks into a store wearing lycra/cotton blend shorts. They were a gray heather color, and you could see his package well. In another scene he comes out of a swimming pool wearing a speedo. There's even a clip where they show his speedo clad ass, and is sporting a nice wedgie.
