Couldn't agree with you more ... "Robin Hood" was one of the best. Honorable Mention to both "Captain Blood" , and in latter years the Kevin Kline flick, "Pirates of Penzance." BTW, Little John was played by Alan Hale Sr., the dad of Alan Hale Jr. from Gilligan's Island.
