In nylon lycra shorts or tights I like to wear it DOWN my right thigh so its always rubbing against the tight smooth electrifying fabric and trying to fight its way out ... only place to go is OUT, much to the delight of those who see it (esp standing profile in the market, post office, bank ,etc). Even wetter with a noticeable steamy wet spot at the pronounced head.
