Actually it absoutely does happen. On more than one occasion I have been lying out at a park or beach-mostly gay----------and ended of playing around with a guy through our speedos. We usually start bu cruising each other. Sometimes this lasts 5 minutes, sometime a couple hours before he moves over to me. We begin rubbing our own bulges though our lycra/speedo then often depending on the crowd stroking each other. My point is that this DOES happen.
