Jockey Microfiber? Interesting! I dislike underwear seam lines under lycra, but Saturday was my first time in actual tights, although I've worn cycle shorts and bibs hundreds of times on cycle runs.
Today (Sunday), I wore my cycle tights without the underwear. The weather was a bit chilly. (I'll wear shorts at the drop of a pin if it's at least 60 degrees and no wind chill.) I was quite pleased at the overall fit. Not as "bad" as I had thought. Afterall, there are countless men out there in cycling shorts who look "just as interesting" in lycra cycle gear.
And are there are some amazing men in lycra cycling gear out there! This morning I saw this handsome blond one in Coast Guard cycle shorts, but for only a flash, as he got into his car. That groin mound of his was a site to see! I hope that my mouth wasn't hanging open. We made extended eye contact through his rear view mirror before he took off. (I was parked behind him, and was preparing myself to leave.)
Was there a mutual attraction or curiousity? I never know!
Nevertheless, I remain a true bike short inspector. Uhhhh, bib short inspector. Hmmm. Cycle tights inspector. How about Dick Bulge Inspector? :))) Yup, that sums it up! :)))
