I got my first cycle tights.
My, are these DIFFERENT!!! I bought from the same brand and line of cycle shorts and bibs that I normally wear, so I wasn't expecting anything very different, but are they!!!
I had expected that the cycle tights would merely be like cycle shorts but with longer legs.
Wrong!
However, these cycle tights readily show the anatomy MUCH more clearly and distinctly. There's nothing subtle at all. I like subtlety. It's sexier. I'm turned off my total displays of all the jewels.
But with these cycle tights, my god, there's no guessing what my jewels look like. It makes you wonder what defines indecent exposure! I'm going to have to wear some support underneath, otherwise it's too much display! :(
These tights are the 8 oz Lycra material, just like my cycle shorts. But unlike 8-panel cycle shorts (with chamios) that I normally wear, these tights seem to have maybe only 4 panels--plus the chamois. Maybe that accounts for the differences in fit...and literal EXPOSURE.
What defines indecent exposure? From what I gather, it's that fraction of a millimeter thickness of stretchy Lycra covering all, but when I look at myself in the mirror in those tights, it looks close to indecent. These are black tights, btw.
This is a dumb question: Could indecent exposure apply to you if the parts are totally covered? I know the answer must be no, when you consider the virtural "anatomy lessons" at public cycle races and swim meets. (I have to remind myself of that.)
