My belt technique is quite simple... I simply place the belt at the waistband of the lycra gear- (tights or shorts) then roll over the lycra waistband and the belt over either two times or three times for really sending the seam up the butt and making the front package really bulge out there. I plan to take some pics soon and will post so you can see what results I get.
