TO SUPPORT OR NOT TO SUPPORT?

Hey lycra buddies!

I have a question! Being from a ballet tradition, I usually wear some type of support under my lycra, be it dancebelt, jockstrap, thong, etc. The one time I never wear any support is if I'm wearing a leotard or bike wear with padding.

So what's the verdict on support?
